Terms of service

These terms cover every service you buy from 68 Football LLC ("68 Football", "we"), a California company. By booking, you agree to them. If the player is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the booking and accepts these terms on the player's behalf.

1. What we provide

Scout reviews of match footage (with or without a video call), ID camps, training and help arranging overseas opportunities. Each service's page and your booking confirmation set out exactly what is included.

2. No guarantees of selection

Our scouts and coaches give honest professional opinions. Clubs, colleges and academies make their own decisions. We do not promise trials, contracts, scholarships or selection for any team, and a review or camp is not a trial.

3. Booking and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payments are taken by our payment provider; we never see or store full card details. Packs and season subscriptions run on the terms shown when you buy, including any minimum term. Refunds are covered in our refunds and guarantee policy.

4. Your footage

You confirm you have the right to share the footage you upload. You keep ownership of it. You give us permission to store it and share it with your assigned scout only to deliver your service. We won't publish it or use it in marketing without your written consent.

5. Delivery

Scout reports are delivered within 7 days of us confirming your footage is usable. Video calls are booked at a time that suits you and your scout. Camp schedules may change for weather, safety or venue reasons, and we'll tell you as early as we can.

6. Our scouts

Scouts work with 68 Football as independent professionals. Their opinions are their own and do not represent the clubs or programs they work for. All contact between scouts and players goes through 68 Football and the player's parent or guardian, as set out in our safeguarding policy.

7. Your report

Your report is yours to use for the player's development and to share with coaches and clubs. The report design, drill library and templates remain ours. We may use anonymised, combined data (never names or footage) to improve our benchmarks.

8. Camps, training and physical activity

Football carries a risk of injury. For in-person activities you confirm the player is fit to take part and tell us about any medical needs in advance. [Waiver and medical consent wording to be added by counsel.]

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version above. Bookings already made stay on the terms in force when you booked. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
