Overseas Opportunities

Individual pathways.International opportunities.

There's no single pathway into professional football. Every player's situation is different, so every overseas opportunity we arrange is built around the player.

What it can look like

The right next step, not a package trip

  1. 01

    Trial with a professional club

For players ready to be assessed by a club, we arrange the opportunity and the introductions.

  2. 02

    Train in a professional environment

Time inside a professional or high-level setup, working with experienced coaches day to day.

  3. 03

    Experience a new football culture

Seeing how the game is played elsewhere, to understand the level needed to progress.

How we build it

Every opportunity is case by case

Through our network of clubs, academies, coaches, scouts and football professionals, we find the destinations that make sense for each player. Citizenship and eligibility can change which countries offer the most realistic pathway, so we look at every case on its own.

  1. 1

We get to know the player

Level, age, goals and background, in a conversation with the player and family.

  2. 2

    We check eligibility

Citizenship and eligibility decide which countries are realistic, so we start there.

  3. 3

    We match the opportunity

A trial, a training placement or time in a new environment, with the right club or academy.

  4. 4

    We coordinate it

So the player can focus on developing, being evaluated and building relationships.

Tell us about the player and we'll come back to you personally. Not sure of the level yet? Start with a scout review, so we both know where things stand.
