Our guarantee
If you're not happy with your scout review, tell us within [14] days of receiving it and a different scout will review the same match, free.
Scout reviews
| $100 founding deposit | Comes off your first review. Fully refunded if you ask before your first review is booked. |

| Cancel before the scout starts | Full refund. |
| Footage we can't use | One free re-upload. If the second upload can't be used either, we refund you minus $50. |
| Late report | If your report arrives more than 7 days after your footage is confirmed, you get $25 credit for each day late. |
| Missed video call | We'll rebook once at no cost. Video calls missed without 24 hours' notice after that aren't refunded. |
Packs and subscriptions
| 4-review pack | Unused reviews can be refunded within [6 months] of purchase, at the single-review price for those already used. Unused reviews expire after [12 months]. |

| Pro Season | 5-month minimum. After that, cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. |
ID camps
| [30]+ days before | Full refund, minus [card fees]. |

| Under [14] days | No refund, but your place can be transferred. Injury with a doctor's note: credit towards a future camp. |

Team packs, training and overseas
These are agreed individually, and the refund terms are set out in your written agreement or booking confirmation.
