Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information 68 Football LLC collects, why, and what you can do about it. Most of the players we work with are under 18, so we collect only what we need to deliver the service and we deal with parents and guardians.

What we collect

• Parent or guardian details: name, email, phone and billing details (card payments are handled by our payment provider; we don't store card numbers).
• Player details: name, age group, club and league, position, preferred foot, height and a photo if you choose to add one.
• Match footage you upload, and recordings of video calls.
• Our scout's ratings, report and notes about the player.
• Basic website data such as pages visited, collected through cookies by our website provider.

How we use it

To deliver the service you booked, take payment, keep you updated, track the player's progress across reviews, keep players safe, and improve our benchmarks using anonymised, combined data. We'll only send marketing emails if you've opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Children under 13

We only collect information about children under 13 from their parent or guardian, with that parent's consent, and only for the service booked. Parents can review, change or delete their child's information at any time by contacting us.

Who we share it with

Your assigned scout, and the service providers that run our business: website and checkout, payments, file storage, video calls, scheduling and record keeping [list providers]. They may only use your information to provide their service to us. We never sell your personal information, and we don't share it with clubs without your permission.

How long we keep it

Footage and video call recordings are deleted [12 months] after your last service, unless you ask us to keep them for progress tracking. Reports and payment records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your information, or tell us to stop using it for marketing. California residents have these rights under California privacy law, and people in the UK and EU have them under data protection law. We won't treat you differently for using them. Keeping it safe

Access to footage and reports is limited to the people who need it. Files are stored with providers that use encryption, and scouts only see the players assigned to them.
